TITAN FOUNDATION 90 is a structured 12-week bodyweight training system designed to take complete beginners from zero to strong — without a gym.
Built around simple but effective calisthenics movements, this program progressively develops full-body strength, muscular endurance, core stability, flexibility, and lean muscle definition.
