How Email Subscription Works

To subscribe to our email newsletters about our programs, merchandise, events, and films:

1. Enter your email address in the required input field then click on 'Subscribe'.
2. If the email you entered has never been verified by us before, you will be required to verify it next. A 4-digit code will be sent to your email and once you enter the correct code from your email, you will be required to choose your preferred items to receive newsletters about.
3. Select your preferred items from the list of preferred items and submit.

Editing/making changes to your email newsletter subscription

To edit your email newsletter subscription:

1. Make sure you're logged into your account.
2. Go to your profile page and scroll to 'My Email Subscriptions' section. Click the 'Edit Preferences' button on the specific email subscription card to make changes and save.

Unsubscribing from our email newsletter

To unsubscribe from our email newsletters:

1. Make sure you're logged into your account.
2. Go to your profile page and scroll to 'My Email Subscriptions' section. Click the 'Edit Preferences' button on the specific email subscription card to make changes.
3. Uncheck all the boxes on the items appropriately and enter your reason for unsubscribing (optional) on the appropriate comment field and submit. This will help us improve what we do so that we can serve you better.
4. In case you want to opt back into our email newsletters, simply follow the 'Editing/making changes to your email newsletter subscription' procedure above.
